Home Service Pros for GCC Households: Maids, Nannies & More

Find verified housemaids, nannies, cooks, carers and more across the GCC. Search, contact and agree terms directly — no agency detour, no hidden markup.

Home Service Pros for Every GCC Household

When people search "Home Service Pros," they usually land on a mix of plumbing, electrical and HVAC contractors — none of them related to each other, and none of them what a family looking for household staff actually needs.

If you're here to find a housekeeper, nanny, cook, driver or carer for your home, you're in the right place. This platform connects sponsors across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman directly with self-registered workers and licensed agencies. You search, you find a match, you contact them yourself — no phone tree, no middleman deciding who you talk to.

Services We Offer

Every listing on the platform falls into one of these categories. Each links through to workers and agencies offering that specific role.

Role What it typically covers
Housemaids General house cleaning and day-to-day upkeep
Nannies Childcare carried out in the family home
Cooks Meal preparation suited to the household
Cleaners Routine or one-off cleaning work
Caregivers Support for elderly or disabled family members
Drivers Transport for family members
Gardeners Outdoor and garden maintenance
General helpers Flexible support across household tasks
Babysitters Occasional or short-notice childcare

Candidates come with recorded experience levels — no experience, 1–2 years, 3–5 years, 6–10 years, or 10+ years — so you can filter by what the role actually calls for. Most workers listed are Ethiopian, alongside Filipino, Indonesian, Sri Lankan, Indian, Bangladeshi, Nepalese, Kenyan and Ugandan candidates.

Areas We Serve

Sponsors are served across all six GCC countries: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. The company is headquartered in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with a regional office in Dubai, and has been operating since 2019.

If you found this page while searching for a home repair or trade contractor also called "Home Service Pros," that's a different, unrelated business — usually a plumbing, electrical or HVAC company operating in a single region. This platform is a household-staffing introduction service for the GCC, not a trades contractor.

How Booking Works

The process is the same whether you're looking for a live-in nanny or a weekly cleaner:

  1. Search by role, experience level and arrangement.
  2. Review profiles of self-registered workers and agency-listed candidates.
  3. Contact a match directly through the app.
  4. Agree terms — pay, hours, start date, trial period — with the worker or agency yourself.

Arrangements on the platform include hourly, daily and monthly work, live-in or live-out, full-time or part-time, flexible hours, weekends-only or weekdays-only. Contract lengths range from temporary (one to six months) and short-term (six to twelve months) to long-term (one to two years), permanent, or renewable, and a trial period is available. None of this is fixed by the platform — it's what you and the worker or agency settle on together, and it's worth agreeing in writing before anything starts.

The platform introduces the two of you. It isn't the employer, doesn't set salaries, and isn't a party to whatever contract you agree.

Pricing & What to Expect

There's no single listed price for hiring domestic staff, because that figure depends on the role, the experience level, the arrangement (live-in versus live-out, hourly versus monthly) and what the worker or agency asks for. That's agreed directly between you, not set by the platform.

What the platform itself charges is separate, and it's for access, not for the placement:

  • Sponsors can join free, with a limited plan covering one job posting, ten candidate searches a month and three saved candidates. Paid access — the Professional plan — is AED 99 for a week or AED 199 a month, discounted when paid annually.
  • Agencies join free too, covering three maid listings, five message threads and ten sponsor connections. Beyond that, plans run AED 299 a month for up to 25 listings, AED 399 for up to 100 with analytics and a verification badge, or AED 499 for unlimited listings with a dedicated account manager. Annual billing is discounted.
  • Maids never pay to register, be listed, or apply. An optional visibility boost — to appear higher in search — costs AED 25.70 for 7 days, AED 55.05 for 15 days, or AED 110.10 for 30 days, and can also be earned free by completing a profile.

Visa fees, permit costs and any other government charges are set by the immigration or labour authority in the country where the work takes place, not by the platform or by us. Those change, so check the relevant country's official guidance for the current figure rather than relying on a fixed number here.

Why Households Choose This Platform

Verification before listing. Worker profiles and the documents uploaded with them — passport, national ID, medical certificate, police clearance, experience letters — are checked on the platform before a profile goes live. Deeper checks, like employment background verification and skill assessment, are the agency's responsibility where an agency is involved.

A licensed network, honestly described. The platform is an introduction service, not a recruitment agency. It doesn't recruit, place, employ or sponsor anyone, so it holds no recruitment licence — and doesn't need one, because connecting a sponsor with an agency or a self-registered worker isn't a licensed activity in itself. Licensing sits with the agencies, and the platform partners only with agencies licensed in Ethiopia and the GCC.

Direct contact, not a queue. Once you find a match, you message them yourself. There's no call centre deciding who gets through.

Coverage across the region. One platform, six GCC countries, rather than a separate search for each one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it cost anything to search for staff? Sponsors can join free, with a limited plan covering one job posting, ten searches a month and three saved candidates. Paid Professional access is AED 99 a week or AED 199 a month, discounted annually, for wider search and contact.

Do you arrange visas or work permits? No. Visas, work permits, medical certificates and travel are arranged by the agency or the sponsor, under the rules of the country where the work will take place. The platform doesn't process any part of that.

How are workers verified before I contact them? Their profile and uploaded documents — passport, national ID, medical certificate, police clearance, experience letters — are checked before the profile is listed. Background checks and skill assessments beyond that are handled by the agency, where one is involved.

What if the arrangement doesn't work out and I need a replacement? Replacement terms, like employment terms and any guarantee, are agreed directly between the sponsor and the agency or worker, and are governed by the labour law of the country where the work takes place. Settle this before you commit, so both sides know where they stand.

Is this available where I live? Coverage runs across all six GCC countries: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman.

Is this the same company as other businesses using the name "Home Service Pros"? No. Other businesses with a similar name are typically trade contractors — plumbing, electrical, HVAC — operating in a single region. This platform is a household-staffing introduction service covering the GCC.
